Kerry Stolz Elected Pender & Coward Shareholder

Virginia Beach, Va. – Pender & Coward is pleased to announce that Kerry Stolz has been elected a shareholder of the firm.

Kerry focuses her practice on workers' compensation, insurance defense and civil litigation.  She routinely advises businesses by assessing the merits of workers’ compensation and injury cases and the risks of defense of those cases.  Kerry also works with business clients in general insurance defense matters and advises clients on the best defense practices for general liability claims.

Kerry is a member of the executive board of the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association and a co-chair of the CLE committee.  In the community, she has served on the City of Chesapeake board of zoning appeals and the board of directors of the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach.  She has also served as the president of the Virginia Tidewater alumnae chapter of Delta Gamma Fraternity.
